REFUND POLICY
01. SUBSCRIPTIONS & CREDITS
All SMS platform fees and flat-rate packages are billed in advance as described during checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
02. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Unused credit balances may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase if service disruption was caused directly by platform failure.
